All orders are posted FREE Of Charge the same working day.

We currently aim to fulfil all orders to the UK and EU in 3 to 7 working days as standard. For deliveries to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Far East we expect orders to be delivered in between 7 and 21 days depending on the postal services available.

All our deliveries originate at Ethos Schweitz LLC - Rue du Rhone 14, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland. They are dispatched by Swiss Post Recorded delivery to our approved agents worldwide, directly to the customer or indirectly via the principal postage service in the recipient country. In most cases, deliveries will require signatures.

Orders are shipped Signed For or Internationally Signed for Track and Trace. This option involves providing you with a tracking number so that you can track the order until it is actually delivered.

Some orders with be sent Standard Airmail to minimise your costs on the Free of Charge basis with our personal guarantee.

Returns Policy
In the event of a problem with the product, you should contact us to obtain a unique returns number which we will provide within 48 hours of you e-mailing us. Returned items without a returns number will NOT BE PROCESSED.

When you are returning products, please ensure that you include your name, address, and PayPal transaction number. Your postage costs for the return of faulty &/or defective goods will be refunded in full.

Postage costs and import duty for any other returns other than faulty goods, are your responsibility.
Please contact us for our returns address and use Registered Mail in all cases to ensure their safe arrival. Please retain the receipt along with the tracking number in case of any problem.

Refund Policy
We offer a full refund or replacement service for any faulty &/or damaged goods. If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected then you may return them to us within 25 days from their arrival and we will make a full 100% refund to you.

Please ensure that they are returned in their ORIGINAL & PRISTINE CONDITION and that they are packed carefully to avoid being damaged in transit. If returned goods arrive in anything other than their original condition this may result in a partial or full deduction from your refund.

Privacy Policy
